Cannington Surgery, Tiverton

This was a brand new doctor’s surgery built on a new Devonshire homes development.
The main contractor was MIDAS Construction Ltd who we have worked with successfully on a number of occasions.
It was of timber frame construction with render panelling mixed red cedar panels. Internally it had Ash veneer fire doors throughout and pre-finished IPS panels fitted over the services to maintain hygiene levels.
As a Doctor’s surgery there was a definite need for it to open on time, which it was in mid-2010.
