Rosslyn, Lyme Regis

This is a complete renovation and extension of a large 1930’s period property. The main contractor here is MIDAS Construction ltd.
We began on site in July 2012 with the construction of timber framed extension on the east elevation and a traditional roof on a steel framed extension on the southern elevation.
Internally we have fitted new door linings throughout as well as an overhaul of the studwork layout on the first floor.
UPVC double glazed units have now been fitted throuhout including 4 bespoke bay windows. A large canopy roof has been fitted over the front balcony which gives excellent sea views over Lyme Bay.

Completion is now expected in 2-3 weeks!

The customer has chosen oak doors on the ground floor and softwood painted doors upstairs both in a shaker style. She has also chosen a Symphony high gloss kithcen with Corian worktops which Im sure will look very nice.
