Thatcher View Apartments, Torquay

This is the 3rd and final stage of the Manor Life project for Stacey Construction Ltd.
We began on site in September 2011.
It consists of a timber frame block of 34 apartments offering panoramic sea views. The building is primarily clad in western red cedar shiplap board.
The balconies of 2nd floor apartments have douglas fir pergolas built over them. All the balconies over every floor have softwood decking fitted either on firring strips or on joists.
The top floor is complete and includes walnut fire doors and high gloss kitchens.
The 1st and ground floors are under construction.
