The Orchard Apartments, Torquay

This was the 2nd phase of the Manor life project for Stacey Construction Ltd. It consists of 10 traditionally built apartments for assisted living.
In keeping with the rest of the development it is primarily clad in a western red cedar shiplap board.
The apartments are of a very high standard with fitted high gloss kitchens and walnut fire doors throughout. Both the upstairs and downstairs apartments have softwood decking terraces.
The project was completed in August 2011.
